Will Simple Green remove primer??

Had a nasty mishap with a can of white primer I had, basically the 4 minis I have now have what looks like texture paint on them, promptly tossed the can. It was Kilz (of course that was probably the reason, but I had no white primer), but will Simple Green remove that kinda of primer?

wasn't sure if SG only removed acrylics. Gonna get that Chameleon paint stripper tomorrow, good reason to try it out.

thanks for any advice.

just a follow up on this one--

bought the SG but then I also bought a couple of stiff bristle toothbrushes to rub the paint off after they soaked, got home & picked the minis up & I noticed the primer was powdery, so I took a brush & rub the hell out of the paint & it smoothed out better then I thought it would. After all 4 minis were rubbed down, sprayed Tamiya white primer over them & they came out better then my normal primed minis would look, go figure.

oh well got a nice big bottle of SG for future use I guess....
