I don't think they're too large. In my figure drawing class we have several models with breasts almost exactly like that.

Just on a side note, do you guys ever feel silly painting little tiny nekkid people? I know I do, and I draw nudes almost everyday, so it's not like I ain't used to 'em.

Well we are keeping to the painting topic and nothing else. I would beleve we are safe.

As for the rest of the subject matter I can't help. I am currently working on some Shield Maidens and having issues with shading. I am intersted in how this one comes out.

Mel,

It really looks like your painting has improved mucho grande since Indy last year. This Sophie is fantastic looking so far. I can't wait to see her when she's done. I really like the highlighting on the breasts. Very . . . er . . . adult entertainer lookin'

Thanks, Meg. I really have to get some updated pix on here. Vidal critiqued the piece and I corrected using his advice. I've also started working on the sword, which isn't in the current pix.

I am having the DARNDEST time with my home computer. I can post "Fast Reply", but I can't reply to another post or start a new one. So excuse me if I put WIP's of another piece here. It's just easier that way. Now that I have my camera set up again, I SWEAR I'll update Sophie as well.

Anyway, I started this dancer a long time ago. Longer than I'd care to admit. Jen mentioned I needed to fix holes I had drilled in the feet, and to be honest I just got stuck there.

I've fixed her feet and a few other thing, and I'd like to hear what you guys think of my progress so far.

Thanks, Dargin. In other versions I've seen the torso looked kind of flat to me. I wanted this model to have more definition. Also, if you go back and look at the first posting, you'll see that the tone on the thighs isn't as smoot and even as it is here. Also, the shading from the top of the thigh to the knee was too abrupt. I feel like I've fixed that now.

I still need to work on the wings. They are way too flat.
