Versutus Vulpes
eh, there are probable a few women out there who look this way naturally . . . But only a few. Really??! Sweet. Where? And what are they doing later? Yes really, where I dunno? Do I look like I hang with them? Try Hugh Heffner for that info. He should know Bzzzzzrt! You said naturally! Heff hasn't seen that kind of thing since 1993. Airbrushing and silicon don't count. Great job on the hair as well BTW - excellent sheen on the black hair. Beowulfthehunter
More Reasons I stopped reading Playboy. I love what you did with this figure. Somehow I suspect everyone is ignoring the lil guy that came with this figure just to paint her.
Legion
Oh my god!! Great job!! The smoothness of the red dress and the luster to the hair are amazing. Wish I could do so well. Will definitely be revisiting for ideas on the hair in the near future. Close ups would rock!!
Ironworker
I love the way you highlighted this mini. It has a kinda classic Noir feel to it. Very cool.

Cerridwyn1st
If you don't think there are women with that kind of figure IRL, you haven't seen some of the Cos Players at a big convention. Not only do they exist, but they dress up. My son is still talking about the "Ninja Centerfold" from Naruto with the cotton-ball costume... Jen Haley in her Edwardian long-torso corset also comes to mind. She can sinch her waist down to under 20 inches. I've heard the exact figure is 17 inches, but that also sounds like Scarlet O'Hare from Gone with the Wind. Marike is also a stunning young woman. If you have seen the burgundy colored corset with fur trim she wears, it was made by Jen. Back on topic, Kel, I didn't mention the highlighting of the hair. I think that's beautiful as well, especially the "hot spots" in the cascade of hair down her back. Really gorgeous.
Kelcore
Yes really, where I dunno? Do I look like I hang with them? Try Hugh Heffner for that info. He should know Heh..I live in a college town, Meg. They're actually not as rare as assumed. And yes, you do, or might. :) And Hugh, or the bunnies, don't return my phone calls. I think this is one of those instances where my sense of humor didn't translate so well over the internet. But more on that in my reply to Mel's comment... I think that's beautiful as well, especially the "hot spots" in the cascade of hair down her back. Really gorgeous. Well, yes, all those women you pointed out are quite gorgeous! But, that's really not the point here, and I feel that some things have been taken out of context/ not with my sense of humor in mind. So I wanna nip that before it snowballs. Like I pointed out to Meg, I DO live in a college town, Mel. So the "insane figure" thing coming from me should be taken rather tongue in cheek. I also have the pleasure of knowing some seriously beautiful women who are not only the sweetest human beings I've ever met, but seriously fulfill the "holy god, look at how beautiful she is" sentiment sparked by the figure of this lil pewter person! Like Crymm Kitten (she's a member of these boards, but rarely posts), for instance, she'll deny it, but she is pretty much womanly perfection in a red-headed, gothy sorta way. And then there's my very old friend Danielle, who won the Dawn look-a-like contest @ Dragon Con last year with her husband-to-be, Darieum: She's prolly not aware of it, but alot of her costuming and even her skin tone has been an inspiration for many a mini I've painted. However, in this case, it was Darieum's "Death" skintone that was inspiration for this mini! :D And thanks for the compliments on her hair, I'm glad it turned out well despite my frustration with it! Kelcore
OooooOoooo....is it me, or does she look pissed? I would love to see a closeup of her face. FACE! I said face! heheheheh. I second the motion on your vampire skin tones, very, very nice. Love the throat. Her hair looks sleek and shiny, and the dress is beautiful. Great work on the lace. I always liked my vampires in blood red. You forgot.... to paint what? Where? I tried to look for it, but honestly couldn't see anything that looked missed. ??? Oh yes, our Dark Mistress is MOST displeased. Someone gave her commoners blood... :D (psst...look at her right ear....) She's very nice. I love the red and her bee-hind is quite nice. I also love the highlighting on her hair. I just finished painting a version of her myself- and it's interesting how different she looks. And you'll be posting her, right? RIGHT??? :D The red is fantastic, good to see you posting somemore stuff Kelcore. John Lee After several months of "not good", including moving again, I think I'm back on track. You'll be seeing more of my work in the coming weeks. Promise. More Reasons I stopped reading Playboy. I love what you did with this figure. Somehow I suspect everyone is ignoring the lil guy that came with this figure just to paint her. Oh no! The lil bat-dude is an official WIP on my desk! Oh my god!! Great job!! The smoothness of the red dress and the luster to the hair are amazing. Wish I could do so well. Will definitely be revisiting for ideas on the hair in the near future. Close ups would rock!! Once I fix that lil oops, I'll post more pics of her! I love the way you highlighted this mini. It has a kinda classic Noir feel to it. Very cool. Ding-ding-ding! Ironworker FTW! I *HEART* noir like I *HEART* my Deathray! And that was definately kept in mid when I put the paint to her. That, and having Sin City with the Robert Roduiguez/ Frank Miller commentary playing in the background prolly helped it along.
fieldarchy
Hey Kel, I knew you were just kidding! I was being sarcatic right back atcha! I went to ASU . . . yeah there are some hot looking girls that are all natural but then there are some that you just wonder how old they were when they got their implants . . . oh and ASU did make it on Playboy's list of top party schools for a few years. We are definitely an authority on partying and sexy women . . . Too bad Heff and the Bunnies won't return phone calls. That's such a shame. Let me see what I can do to help ya out there As for hanging with hotchicks . . . well, I guess I hang in that crowd . . . dunno . . . don't really see myself as the hot chick though. Nor do I see my friends that way. Maybe a boys perception would be different. <shrugs>

I never had oppourtunity to visit ASU when I was (briefly) living in AZ. But then again, I was stuck all the way down in Sierra Vista. Which...yeah...wasn't all that condusive to a single white males perspective on dating. Had I been closer to ASU, my opinon of AZ might've been a lil different! Sweet!!! yeah, the sooner you can get to that the better, I wanna party like a self-important rockstar! Mmmm..martinis..Mansion...mammar....err...I mean...yeah... And yes, you do. And you are. And most "hot chicks" don't see themselves as such. That's this boy's perception, anyway.
