rex_lyver
Kengar created this wonderful piece for the Summer Exchange. It is titled 'King of the Hill' and captures the moment of victory pefectly. I had a great laugh when I opened the package. Great imagination and execution. A fantastic gift. Kengar -Thank you again Rex

Kengar
Glad you liked it, Rex. I have to admit, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the final product, but mostly because I felt rushed (very little painting time over the last few months). One of the bits I was proud of is the conversion on the "loser's" hand (note the finger ). Unfortunately, these little Blood Imps are halfling-sized, so it isn't easy to see right off. PurityThruFire
Excellent little diorama! Extremely creative and fun with a great paint job. *sigh* I need to work on improving my creative process, seems I can never think up cool little stuff like this. As for my contribution of "winning" lines: "Eat that honkey!"

Kengar
Lava recipe is some med. grade sand glued over parts, then primed white. Heavy drybrush Yellow, Med. Drybrush Fire Orange, then light drybrush Black. The bubbles are a ball of greenstuff cut in half using the same colors with the lightest in the center. For the open areas (no sand) I tried to wet blend thin layers of the colors.
