noctambulist
Just chiming in on the love for the wishlist. I can't wait for it to come back. I'm getting tired of all these slips of paper I have laying around with mini numbers and paint triads on them :)
Super Administrators kit Posted August 14, 2008 Super Administrators Share Posted August 14, 2008 We just had our baby, but I'm working on it as I can. Took a moment out from working on it right now during nap time to jot off this note. kit
Shandar the Ashen One
Thanks, Kit, and congratulations on the new baby! Hope all is going well. When the wish list is back, can you have them post an item about it on the news feature of the main site? Then I don' t have to keep logging into the store just to see if the wishlist is back yet. Thanks, Shandar

Thanks, Shandar But then you won't have a reason for coming back all the time besides the scintillating conversation. I'm working on the email to a friend feature this afternoon. Not too much longer to wait, I imagine. kit

Shandar the Ashen One
Progress? Is there an Excel spreadsheet with all the product numbers and names? Would be great if that were on the website somewhere so that it oculd be downloaded and used like a checklist.

Simply search for the range you want, and use copy/paste to paste it into Notepad, and save it as a text document. Then use Excel to open up the text file, and the import wizard will help you format it.
Super Administrators kit Posted October 7, 2008 Super Administrators Share Posted October 7, 2008 Ooh! What a good idea! I'm going to add csv export to the new list tonight! Then I'm going to push it live. kit

Moderator Froggy the Great Posted October 8, 2008 Moderator Share Posted October 8, 2008 Would it be possible to show/hide the wishlist field or collapse it to a titlebar?

Moderator Froggy the Great Posted October 8, 2008 Moderator Share Posted October 8, 2008 The "Add To List" on the painted gallery could be misleading - people might think they were buying the actual painted figure. Also, I was noticing that some of the old WL 3-packs show up and you can add them - I couldn't see any way to add them to the shopping cart, but maybe that's because I can't tell red text from black all that well. On that note, could you make the "Add To Chopping Cart" link a graphic, or denoted some way other than text color? I'm probably not the only colorblind one out there. Thanks! This looks cool. Spike
Agreeing with Lanse..the "add to cart" widget isn't exactly intuitively laid out. At least on my screen, it appears like below, no matter how I expand my screen. x1 [+] [-] [x] Also, I'm not sure what is supposed to occur when I click "Print", but it took me to a blank page. Is that where the Excel doc will eventually download? A much handier add-on might be some kind of program that lets you mail the list to whomever you choose as a plain text email. Otherwise digging it completely. Unlike the previous list, clicking an item does not interrupt my browsing or shopping. Ya know though... wouln't it also be nice if I could combine all my Reaper logins so that one cookie gets me everywhere? At the moment I have to re-log when I go to the Asylum, the Black Lightning area, the forum, and ReaperGames/Wishlist
