Super Administrators kit Posted November 13, 2007 Super Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2007 Yes, that reminds me of my old cat, Neutrogena. But, y'know, without the bat... I miss her sometimes.
CuCulain42
I've seen that one already. It is great though. I've got one, Ed, who does the slap the face with the paw thing.
Warlady
LOL! Omigod! Whoever did this must have a video camera stashed in my bedroom! ;-)
armydillo978
LOL, that's all three of our cats rolled into one. One of them does the meow, meow, meow thing. The 2nd does the pattycaking thing with his paws. While the third climbs all over you while your in bed and just won't settle down. That's great stuff. dyelan
I have seen it before and I laugh just as hard as the first time. Anthony
Helltown
The "Wake Up, Mom!" routine at my house is remarkably similar, but lacks a baseball bat (and I'd appreciate it if no one told them about this video). The one step that's missing is where the cat shoves his/her face directly into yours for the Ultimate Fish Breath Whisker Torture. Oreo thankfully only resorts to that particular move when either the water dish or Psycho Kitty (his) kibble dish is empty. Bageerah's more likely to stand on the bed directly beside my head and meow at top volume.
Artists Wren Posted November 14, 2007 Artists Share Posted November 14, 2007 lol, hilariously true, and a very charming animation, thanks for posting that! I had one cat who would resort to licking your eyelids to wake you up if the earsplitting volume of the yowling didn't work. And she had some kind of extra raspy cat cat tongue. It's been over 10 years since I lost her to kidney disease. I still miss her, and I still sleep defensively with the blanket covering as much tender facial skin as possible. tabascojunkie
2 of our kittens, Patches and Duchess, will wake us up on weekends that the kids are at their dad's house by clawing at our bedroom door and meowing as loud as they can. fieldarchy
heck if my dog could do that he would! Minus the meowing he pretty much has the annoying kneading staring at me routine. He actually scared the crap out of me one morning because he was standing next to me, I was in that half awake half asleep eyes still closed state. Well, when I opened my eyes I actually screamed out because I had two dark brown eyes staring right into mine. As soon I made any noise my bed started shaking back and forth because duffy's tail was wagging back and forth so hard.
Bilesuck
My GF showed that to me, and said they must have videoed my cats. One used to knock things off my waterbed headboard (it had shelves to hold things) onto my head to wake me up. Needless to say all heavy and sharp objects were removed from there after the second or thrid time she did it.
