EntilZha
That sure doesn't look like a bear track to me.
fieldarchy
I don't know about bear tracks that much but no it didn't look like one to me. Though, it looks a bit broad at the ball and the toes look a bit odd. The way to tell if that is a true footprint though is by measuring the cast of it to figure out if the pressure was applied correctly for a bipedal animal and then to try and calculate the weight of it which then you can sometimes stipulate the height by using the index ratio of limb length in primates and other bipedal creatures. Eh . . .maybe it's real and maybe it isn't!
outek
Wonder if they contaminated the area attempting to make the cast. Would have a better idea from the actual tracks and immediate environs than that cast (all the dimensions from the foot, length of stride, position of dirt around print, consistentcy of tracks, etc.). twjolson
I read an article on Livescience.com the other day that rebuts the findings. Although the writer is obviously skeptical, if not already decided against Yeti being real, he does make some good points. http://www.livescience.com/strangenews/071...ti-reports.html
CuCulain42
Until they can come up with at the very least a skeleton or better a body or live specimin I will continue to be extremely skeptical about the existance of such a creature. Ironworker
Ah gee another "casting". Soon someone will come up with another fuzzy home movie to add to the "proof".
smokingwreckage
Anything that can't be proven conclusively is bunk. Well, that's what I assert. I can't prove that conclusively, though. Yes, yes, of course it's a fake. I'm just playing.
