muttmutt
Im taking a break from painting Nogrin and done pulling out what little hair I have left fighting with his eyes, I decided to start planning on what paints to use for Kagunk, The Ogre Boss. I have checked on CMON for ogre pics and went to GW site to see what colors they used, and was wondering what type for skin tones to use for him. Can any one suggest some? Jabberwocky
I always imagined them a dirty yellow in color. This is how I did up Reaper's ogress shaman:

I have been thinking about skin color for non-humans (and for humans) a bit, I posted a question about this in the "general fantasy" forum (I didn't want to cross-post). brushforhire
i kinda like to use a pale flesh with just a drop of green added to give them a sickly pale green feel. then i slowly highlight by adding more and more straight flesh color to the mix, until i am highlighting with pure flesh tones. Gives and interesting feel. Another look i like is a bit more tan feel to them. I am currently finishing a mini with the pale green flesh look and will be posting pics soon.
