Lots of nice texturing and good animation overall!

 

The fur on the hindquarters seems too shaggy for a lion. It might be better to sculpt smooth skin for most of the lion parts (with tufts of sculpted fur only in a few places, like the backs of the legs and the tip of the tail) and let the painter create the texture.

 

The feathers on the wings show a lot of attention but could still use some refinement, at least if they are supposed to match real eagle/hawk wings -- in the overall arrangement and the shapes of the feathers, and in how the surfaces are sculpted (such as making two cuts, one on either side of the central shaft (rachis) to leave a positive ridge, rather than making one cut down the center). But I haven't sculpted feathered wings yet, myself, so I think I would be glad to get results this good.

Yes, very bearish. Heck with some tweaking, this critter would make an awesome winged owlbear.
