...Today I went shopping and bought more fruit and veggies, even when I knew I'd be the only one eating them. I'm home along during the day, so I'll make myself healthier lunches this week for ME!

 

...Today I lugged 8 bags of groceries up two flights of stairs! ;-)

I think I'm gonna quit drinking. At least limit myself to one or two drinks every once in a while. Not that I drink all that much, but I've just really been feeling like crap lately and I'm sure that can't hurt.

I bought a Wii and a Wii Fit with my economic stimulus check. :) I've even used it! It's lots of fun! (but I'm a bit sore today)

 

I have a friend visiting right now and she's got her two-year-old - who is a very active two-year-old - so she requires alot of running around to keep her occupied. We've walked to the park, we walked around the mall early in the morning for an hour or so, we went to the children's museum, we're going to the zoo tomorrow, and we're going to the water park and the beach later this week, too..

I'm kind of dissapointed with it. Is there a way to string together a routine, or do you have to back to the main screen each time and pick a new excersie?

 

But it did confirm: I'm a fatty.

Did do:

 

Started my morning with Tai chi

Had an all natural smoothie for breakfast

Snacked on veggies and nuts for my two daily snacks and had brown rice and turkey breast for lunch

Went to my (soon to be) ex-wife's house and picked up my 100lb punching bag, 45lb and 40lb dumbbells, ankle and wrist wieghts, and squat bar pad. Proceeded to lug the stuff into the house.

 

Didn't do:

Didn't run today... (worked through lunch) or hit the gym (seeing my ex right now kinda ruins my day...I really don't feel like doing anything)

Well, I intended to eat only 1/2 of a bagel with peanut butter and some fruit for breakfast, was running late and did the easy thing- whole bagel no fruit.

I did eat some curry without rice an apple and some carrots for lunch- slightly less than I do sometimes. Although I must admit the no rice thing was an accident.

Walked around Lowe's looking for the stuff I wanted- not sure that enough to call healthy- though.

I went to my favorite build it yourself taco, burrito, etc place on the way home because I was hungry. I intended to eat 1/2 of my quesadea and bring the rest home for tomorrow, but I was hungry and ate all of it.

Grass was still wet from the rain this morning so couldn't mow the lawn, but I did plant the flowers I bought yesterday.

Looks like the fat won today- but I try again tomorrow. <_<
