Rastl Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 OK - today's events so far: Dusted off and used the stair machine in the basement Made iced tea to drink at work rather than soda Made breakfast and skipped the cheese slice It isn't much but it's more than I did yesterday. And I wrote the time I spent on the stair machine on the calendar as a little reminder that I did it. And to do it tomorrow. I'm hoping to check out one of those 24 x 7 x 365 gyms tonight to see if I would actually use the thing. My company pays for half of fitness club fees so that would make the price very reasonable. Oh, and I need to pull out my DDR mat and see if I have any more coordination than when I tried in the past. Suggestion - we post quarterly results?
