kristof65
New ticket plan aims to keep Dallas fans out of Cards' stadium I guess businesses can do what they want, but is it really going to accomplish anything? If I were in the area, I'd buy both tickets, then sell the Dallas one for enough to pay for both games. That way I could see a game for free or nearly free. armydillo978
That's a.........different.........way to sell tickets. I'll be curious to see how many tickets they sell, or not sell.
kristof65
That's what I thought. I mentioned it to one of my customers today, and apparently it's not unheard for teams to bundle pre-season tickets with regular season games, though it typically isn't aimed at a specific team. armydillo978
We used to buy tickets for hockey games that were connected, but that was usually for multiple matches between the same two teams, or in a series. Stranger things have been done/proposed; like that one stadium that doesn't want people to stand up during games. Odd.
Helltown
I'm sure they'll open up the ticket sales without the bundle requirement when reality sinks in. They may sell out of both the Dallas game and the home opener but umm... how many Dallas fans are going to actually use those tickets to the Cards v. Saints game? Not too many, especially if the Dallas home-opener is the same week.
EntilZha
I don't think they'll succeed in keeping Cowboys fans out. They'll get their tickets for that game via Stubhub or some other ticket broker.
Chrome
Cowboys fans should be banned from everywhere! <---- Steelers fan still miffed over SB
Nial ap Morai
Cowboys fans should be banned from everywhere! <---- Steelers fan still miffed over SB 30 Shouldn't be made at Dallas. They just played to win. Its Cowher that should have had his butt kicked for letting O'donnell play that game. Tomzac (sp) should have started the SB, he is the one that got them there. Ol' Niel choked twice and threw the game (literally) I am a Steelers fan as well and remember the dread of knowing O'd was coming back from an injury...
