Baldur's Gate Help!

I KNOW there's some Baldur's Gate fans on here :D

When I bought the 'Tales of the Sword Coast' expansion for the original Baldur's Gate it came with the soundtrack on CD. Apparently I liked it a little too much and have since wore out the CD. Where or how could I get either another copy of it or MP3s of it? Ideas?

Really want to get it again so I can integrate some of the tracks into our game sessions.

Thanks!

Theoretically, the sound files for everything in the game may still be somewhere on your computer, depending on how much of the game is stored on your puter and how much is running off the game's cd...

In case of a full installation the music is in the folder "music" actually :blues:

I tested the tutorial I posted earlier and it works well. And its really really easy. The acm2wav.exe which is needed, can be found here (the link in the tutorial is broken):

Yeah, the thought originally occured to me because I always used to end up with a ton of game files in my Media Player library. Even after I uninstalled the games, my MP library still held onto them.

Yes, I actually did extract the music from the game a few years ago and made myself a CD out of it. It took a lot of work, though, patching together the combat tracks from lots of tiny pieces. It might not be worth the effort just to save a few bucks.

I have it and have never used the sound track so you can have it. Let me look for it tonight. I'll PM you if I find it and I we can figure out how to get it to you from there (I live only a few miles south of you). Maybe we can meet at Misty Mountain Games (if I can find it of course, though I think I have a pretty good idea as to where it is).
