This is a very believable face (in the location and values of shading/highlighting). I haven't seen this figure unpainted, but I do know that some of the LotR figures' faces are hard to work with. olliekickflip Posted September 17, 2008 Author Share Posted September 17, 2008 That is exactally why I am so proud of this mini. For years I have struggled with faces. They just always looked odd, so when I painted this one...how should I put it. The face looks squished...it is a really bad sculpt/cast. If you look at other galadriels on cmon, they all look fugly and squished. I was able to paint the face to look proportioned correctly. It was a real breakthrough for me at least.
