Candra
Hi, Here's a couple of my recent minis. Three reapers and a darksword female fighter. I did Caerwynn in monochrome (well, it's supposed to be) nowhere near as good as Jen Haley on that DVD she did, in fact far from it - I'm not happy with it, but it was my first try I had to put a close up on Lonnias butt cheek, cause I thought it looked really cute Comments, criticisms and pointers definatley welcome. Thanks, C
Sergeant_Crunch
They all look good though I think maybe more gradual shading on the larger areas of Caerwyn would've helped. I really need to take a shot at painting Lonnia one of these days. I really want to try the pro paint olive skin on her.
Versutus Vulpes
All very well painted - the elf archer stands out for me though. The face looks excellent, and I like the purple tinge to the armour.Excellent work - thanks for sharing.
DFo
That Jen Haley figure is indeed extraordinary, and I'm going to have to invest in that Mini Mentor tutorial in the not-too-distant future. I love the monochrome look, and I think you've got all the basic elements there with Caerwynn - I'd be happy with her as a first effort. If you decide to persue the technique, I'd love to read a WIP thread.

I'd say the DVD is well worth buying. Sargent Crunch, I agree I could have done more shading, but I was trying to go for a lighter material on that area of the costume. Also thanks to Versutus Vulpes for your positive comments, the amour on that mini was the elf skin triad mixed with weathered blue. Thanks again, C
