Vil-hatarn
My answer to the CAV challenge...Painted all of these up earlier in the school term, before work interrupted. There will be more in January, when I finish all of the half-done projects sitting on my shelf. There are also some infantry and cruise missiles, but they weren't very picture-worthy. First of all, three Chieftains, the start of my new Core Worlds Coalition force. I figured since I designed the Slayer model, I had to build a CWC army around it, and these are the start. Went with red and white as a deliberate contrast to the blue and white frequently used by Templar. Next, a pair of Dragonflies. I've had one of these painted forever and just finished the other one to match. And, finally, the Mantis. My painting has gotten a little rusty, so criticism is welcome. Non-critical comments will be accepted as well
Jen
Love the color scheme on the Dragonflies and the Mantis. Are the symbols on the Mantis freehand, or decals?
Vil-hatarn
Decals from Fighting Piranha. I can't freehand anywhere near that good
Darzoni
I love the color scheme for the aircraft and the CAV, very bright and in your face. I think the hovertanks are nicely done too, and like their simple and effective scheme. I'm still trying to figure out why the aircraft look dusty though. Did your sealer go funny on you? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause that other than literally collecting dust. :)

Very sharp looking color choices. Your basing for the Mantis and tanks are really good looking. Awesome! DRG
Vil-hatarn
No, it's literal dust. Dorm room doesn't get much circulation
