demi_morgana
so finally I finished moving out and finally I have decent photo-station! (YAY! ) I decided I'll be placing my whole cav army in the same thread so here's the first piece - 647pts well spent! CENTURION

Jabberwocky
Great looking piece, Demi! The snow weathering is a very cool touch *groans*. My only critique: Say it with me l l l l l V
mercoutlaw
Nicely done! I love the Battle damage!
bikerdrew
Nice work. I love the distress to the paint, it looks very good. I can never bring myself to do that to the paint job after I've spent so long on it.
demi_morgana
The snow weathering is a very cool touch *groans*. snow? you mean stripped paint? and I agree about shading model more - until I took these pictures I didn't realize it's so monotone; I think I'll cover cockpit glass with glossy/satin varnish as well
Ishil
The snow weathering is a very cool touch *groans*. snow? you mean stripped paint? and I agree about shading model more - until I took these pictures I didn't realize it's so monotone; I think I'll cover cockpit glass with glossy/satin varnish as well It looks like paint rubbed off from you holding it. Best thing to do, as anyone will tell you, is to temporarily attach it to something a bit bigger and hold that. Does it come with that hex base? It looks rather small... demi_morgana
that's the original hex base; and as for stripped paint - It's painted, 2 coats of varnish protect camo from rubbing off

Outkast Samurai
Very nice. Always love the Centurion and it makes such a hard hitter to lead your Templars. The camo and weathering/battle damage look good.
demi_morgana
thanks for such a feedback! @Outcast Samurai - this cav is surely great as the "lance leader" but I'm sure 4 specters will have decent target practice on it as well
dewen
Awesome. I love the subtle details with the charred guns and peeled paint.
