Liam Whitegold
I'm not sure where to post this but: I came to the Asylum for the first time today to check things out. I am fortunate enough to only live one hour away but had never been there before. Anyway, even though I had my well-behaved but energetic and curious three year-old son with me, I was given the royal treatment when I arrived. Once the rep realized this was my first trip in I, along with my son, were invited to tour the factory, shipping area, classroom area, and sales floor. The rep was patient and explained every step with obvious knowledge of the process. When my son expressed interest in a very cool dwarven mini (with a beer in one hand and an axe in the other) it was given to him as a gift without a second thought. Anyway, without dragging this out any further, I want to thank the three reps who were working today (2-28-09) at about 10:30 this morning (sorry, but I am horrible with names). You went above and beyond what I was expecting and although I've eagerly supported Reaper in the past, you now have a few extra points in my book. Thank you again....and although I have the time to start painting again, please, please, please get the LE line going strong....I've got a thousand plus D&D minis that are just begging to go on ebay....and I just can't paint fast enough to replace them all. Sincerely, J.L. 'Liam Whitegold' Haskins

joshuaslater
I am sick of these feel good stories about Reaper. Sheesh!! Sounds like you and your son had a good time. I've heard similar tales of their legendary service down there from others, including one from my Navy friend who got the tour, even when they were closed! He was down there for work in Texas from Philly, and they just brought him in, even though it was Sunday. I guess you could say they are good people, or they are some strange alien cult....... tabascojunkie
They're pod-people. The real Ed and Bryan and everyone else are horrible people with nothing but contempt for their customers.
Castlebuilder
I'm going for the strange alien cult myself. Afterall they all ready have the restroom setup. Everyone thinks that those rockets up in the rafters are just decoration. All Ed has to do is push the right buttons to activate them and fly the entire facility back to the mother ship...... joshuaslater
They're pod-people. The real Ed and Bryan and everyone else are horrible people with nothing but contempt for their customers. They're also litter-bugs, shifty eyed carnies, and untiring in their quest to TAKE OVER THE WORLD. Can we see some more greens please? cerebro1974
I for one am really looking forward to the chance I get to visit them. We lived in Texas four years ag and I wanted to visit so bad, but I was setting up a store in Buda and unfortunately i took nearly 16 hours a day to get them set and through Grand Opening before returning to Nebraska, and I didn't get the chance. But it is still on my to do list!!!

haldir
After dealing with Dell's customer service or lack thereof I'm agreeing 100 no 1000% on how well Reaper treats it's customers. long story short, I paid my overdue financial account yesterday & they have no record of it, even thou I gave them a confirmation number & the payment is pending in my bank account, according to my online statement. & the funny thing is, they can't find my account with them!!!! HA HA HA Looking forward to seeing everyone again at RCON this year!!
joshuaslater
The money from your account has been laundered and shifted to Denton, Texas. A large truck of ACME zombification machinery is pulling up right now in front of Reaper HQ.
