Pyreos
Alas, she's finished. I really wanted to do some freehand on the coat, but I'll have to muster up to courage on something else. Thanks to everyone who helped in the WIP thread, all C&C greatly appreciated.
joe b
I found that with freehand you just have to dive in. I've done two shields and a willingness to try it and suffer the consequences were all that got me started. And remember, thin paint. Real thin paint. joshuaslater
Nice palette of colors. Great basing. You've got a handle on drybrushing highlights. I think I would go a little further on this piece with a fine detail brush, and get some paint on the buttons and cuffs, and lapels of the coat. That would make it pop a little more. All in all, good job.
Pyreos
I forgot about the buttons.... Thanks! I might just go back and touch those up.
Wilwarin
Fantastic job! The base looks amazing and I love your color choice on her :) Very nice.
Jabberwocky
Looks good! My only nitpick would have been to do the sickle-thing in a different color, just to provide some more contrast against the purple skin and the black trenchcoat.
bikerdrew
Nice work and a good colour choice. I'd change the colour of the sickle too.
