Abercrombie & Fitch doesn't like artificial...

I was looking for any follow up info on the case adding more info - didn't find any yet. However, I did find this:

Abercrombie & Fitch, the knickers-and-T-shirt emporium, is not really in the business of tact or good taste. Its CEO, Mike Jeffries, is a gentleman capped and tweaked within an inch of his life, and, in his mid-60s, apparently says "dude" a lot. In an interview from three years ago, he explained the A&F target market. "In every school there are the cool and popular kids, and then there are the not-so-cool kids," he says.

"Candidly, we go after the cool kids. We go after the attractive all-American kid with a great attitude and a lot of friends. A lot of people don't belong [in our clothes] and they can't belong. Are we exclusionary? Absolutely."

I also found this blog post on the case in regards to UK employment law:

Ooh - found this, too:

When Riam filed her lawsuit, A&F offered her 6000 pounds — about $10,000 — to go away quietly. She declined. “Even when they offered her money to shut her up, [she refused],” May Dean said. “She said ‘I don’t want their money. If I accept their money, it means I can’t talk about it. And they will treat somebody else like that in the future again.”

If that's the case, you ain't seen my personal collection of adult viewing material. Their stuff ain't even on the chart.

It's not so much there stuff it's that they market it to minors. It's more than irksome to a parent. You can have your porn just keep it away from my kid.

Yep, that's one of my complaints with them.

Or maybe I'm mad because when I was a pre-teen, the only porn I could get my hands on was the Sears catalog and the underwear section...
