Beowulfthehunter
I think the base needs some more texturing, but I like the weapon swap, very starwars ish thanks for sharing.
Lyn
I love it! The only feedback I have is basically the same as Beowulf regarding the base. The color of the base looks like the same color as the boots. other than that, it looks awesome!
Jabberwocky
Great looking swap--quite natural looking. The camo pants are nicely done!
Moderator Froggy the Great Posted July 28, 2009 Moderator Share Posted July 28, 2009 Yeah, nice weaponswap. Which weapon did you use?

dewen
Nice work. Love the conversion. Until I read the post, I didn't even recognize the fig as a fantasy. I'd do some more work (layer or dry brush and wash) on the base.
haldir
nice big game space hunter!! RM
billr
That's hot. If you're going to work on the base, maybe try to introduce some color that is more disticnt from the boots.
Ironhammer
Thanks for the tips and compliments! The weapon is essentially a scratch-build. I left the butt of the original crossbow in place, and added some wire from a paperclip for the barrel. I then sculpted the details with greenstuff, using more paperclip wire for the scopes and a bit of staple for the bolt.
