Metalchaos
I've added some aerial spirals around the elemental to create some movement.
MamaGeek
Very cool. He looks like he's kicking up a bit of a sand/dirt storm. Is that the effect you were going for? Nice job!
Ferox
That looks very, very good. I love the extra swirls of dust, and the dusty/sandy effect on the elemental itself works much better than the blue/white "clear sky" scheme I normally associate with air-elemental illustrations and the like. Lyn
I have two words for this piece... Love it!
dewen
Very cool. The additional spirals worked out very well. I like the colors chosen too.
Metalchaos
Thanks everyone! I’m happy you like the aerial swirls. As you can see, the paint on the entire model is kind of sandy. This effect was obtained involuntarily when the primer came lumping out the can.
bikerdrew
I like this - I can just imagine it sweeping over a sand dune and attacking a party of adventures lost in the desert. It's like something from 'The Mummy'.
gowestover
Very nice. I have to echo what Ferox has already said.

Karabean
Wow, the gritty feel is totally real-looking. I like how your base picks up some of the tones within the mini itself. And I love the extra swirls!
