Inarah
Reaper dancing girl: Ral Partha barbarian girl (25mm): Paizo Pathfinder goblins (Gencon '08 paint and take, finally finished) And finally a Crocodile Games goat-headed priestess linked for nudity
Moderator Froggy the Great Posted September 1, 2009 Moderator Share Posted September 1, 2009 Goblins are really nifty, and the flames are better than I generally manage. If you line your metallics, they should pop a little better.
Jabberwocky
Again, nicely done freehand on the dancer. I like the gobbos--did you do some OSL on the torch bearer?
Inarah
Yes, there's a little OSL on the goblin with the torch. Never tried that before but I think it came out all right.
Whizard Hlavaz
Very nice. The dancing girl stands out, but what really caught my eye was the light of the torch on the goblin. Very nice. Keep pushing that kind of stuff. It looks very nice.
awong
Wow, I like the two goblins. You did a great job with the OSL! Great bit of freehand on the dancing girl. Working around such serious curves and direction changes isn't easy. You really are attempting some very challenging tasks, Bravo. -AW
Karabean
Love the goblins and the OSL. Your version looks much better than my attempts to date have come out.
Doug Sundseth
The freehand on the dancer is nicely done and works well with the figure. The goblins are very nicely painted, but the flame on the torchbearer is done backwards. For reference, the hottest part of the flame (and thus the lightest and brightest color) is the part nearest the fuel. As the heated particles are carried away from the fuel, they cool down and become darker, so the tips of the flames should be the darkest part. But as I said, other than that I do quite like the figures.

Valloa
The dancer is my favorite. The colors are good and the freehand is great! Maya~
