DavidVC04
I had a love/hate relationship with this fella. C&C welcome.
awong
I really like the color scheme. Is that disc thingy something you came up with? It's great, works well with the movement implied in the mini. Congratulations on a very dynamic piece! -AW
Mr.Wizard
That's brilliant. Looks like something out of a Rodney Matthews painting.
bikerdrew
That's brilliant. Looks like something out of a Rodney Matthews painting. Tha't just what I was thinking - last seen on a 'Magnum' album cover. Nice work - I really love the skin colour.
Mark Theurer
Very nice. I like him a lot. What did you use for the disk? Mark
DavidVC04
Thanks, all. The disc is his "mount" in Warhammer Fantasy. In game mechanics, it lets him fly around and adds an attack. How exactly the disc executes its attack, I suppose, is left to the imagination. My next project will also use a disc rider but is much more ambitious. I have a very challenging Avatars of War model with no broad, sweeping surfaces to paint. I'll have to paint his head and shield separately. There's a large banner to do and then a Reaper casualty figure to go on the base. It's going to take a good bit longer to finish than this fella. Valloa
Very nice. I really like your color choices on him. Maya~
demonelf3
Your contrast is impressive. The purple is awesome, and the base fits really well. I would only suggest that you give i a dull coat cause the shadows are shiny. Solid work as usual David.
Jabberwocky
I really liked seeing this one progress in the WIP section. You did an excellent job on him! You really a sweet job on the purple and teal--the P&T club would be proud.
