MamaGeek
I really think this is a great idea Reaper instituted this year. This year (and every year in fact) there are more than a couple of good entries--I like the "vote for all ya want" scheme. I always felt a twinge guilty having to only pick one. Hats off to Reaper for making this year's voting guilt-free for me! I'll second that! With so many terrific entries, it's great to be able to vote for all of my favorites, and it's nice to see more figures getting a lot of votes, instead of just one or two that are way ahead of all the rest. Nice format!

Nice format! You're too modest, MG. It was your idea, after all. Anwyay, posted the results to the front page, crosslinked the painted figures in the online gallery, etc. Duliniel, yours is waiting to go live due to a miscommunication regarding product numbers for ReaperCon Sophies. As soon as I get that sorted out, your will go live, too. Congrats to all! Thanks for playing. We'll do another summer contest after ReaperCon is over... Inarah
We'll do another summer contest after ReaperCon is over... Does that mean there is no winter contest planned?
Super Administrators kit Posted November 19, 2009 Super Administrators Share Posted November 19, 2009 Um... I suppose there is a season between now and summer. My apologies. Here in Texas, it's generally hot then cold. Right now we're already in "cold" so I was just waiting until the hot started, or to use the northern parlance, until the season changed. Seasons... I crack me up. (I'll see about a winter contest. Is there any interest in it?)
Inarah
Yeah, lived in San Antonio for a while, their seasons are 'Hotter than Hell', and 'What is this wet stuff coming from the sky?' For the record, I'm ok with a winter contest in January rather than rushing everyone through the holiday season.

Jesshield
Great contest all, I was amazed with the quality of everyone's work. It always inspires me to push more when I see amazing paint jobs. See you on the next one!!
IronChief
My thanks to Reaper for hosting the contest. It was my first on-line painting contest, and I must say it was a treat. Looking forward to many more.
awong
I'd like to add my congrats to all the finalists, winners, and participants...and Reaper (for hosting a great contest). As I said before, it must have been tough to narrow down that field to only ten. Very inspirational entries. So much so, that I'm planning on re-purposing my entry into a larger scene for next year :) Yep, I'm starting already Big thumbs up for the voting system! I didn't feel any twinge of guilt after I submitted my votes which is great. Looking forward to next year. -AW
