Nanite
Two more for an even 50: Bathalien Primarch, and Nova Officer. I'm really trying to make that it for this year, but, wow, so many great minis out right now.
warlordgarou
Picked up Gen. Garlack Slaughterborn on Thurs, and he is already trimmed and primed. Just made a deal for a bunch of Skorne and minions figs - another 52 models. I am also working on clearing out my backlog of Warmachine/Hordes figs that have been sitting, bare metal and unassembled, for years. I may not be making a lot of progress on that front, but treading water is better than sinking any day.
GreyHorde
+3 WL Elves and +1 WL Dwarf Ursula on Bear. These were impulse purchases about a week ago, and I am paying a large amount of "Stupid Tax" for them. Sure, I caught them on a small FNSLGS sale, but buyer's remorse set in - I should have saved the money for Convention Sophie and Savage North at Gen Con. Also, I forgot I already had Ursula, and as a specialized Captain a second one will probably never see my game table. Worst and most expensive of all, I got a speeding ticket immediately after leaving the store. I have never in my life had four minis (and one I did not actually need) cost so much. 2010 count: 10 purchased (+ Stupid Tax) vs. 22 painted. warlordgarou
Added Supreme Aptimus Zaal and Kovaas, plus ordered two Basilisk Drakes. And four empty Sabol army transports, an empty division transport, and a small truckload of foam. Making serious headway into my pile of unassembled and unprimed lead, but not getting much fully painted. I get more done once I don't have all that pesky yardwork on the weekends, so bring on winter!
joshuaslater
I just assembled in record time a Gaspez Arts fantasy football team, and an Ogre. Beautiful models, and I don't play BloodBowl yet, but one day, one day.....
GreyHorde
From Gen Con: putty, paint, dice, a few Dark Age, Wyrd and Scibor sculpted bases, Savage North...oh, and a few minis, too. Reaper, of course, plus Wyrd, Red Box, Avatars of War, Enigma and Dark Sword. Add 3 Dark Sword and 2 Wyrd for 'class' minis, a couple of trades and the new total is... 30 acquired vs. 23 painted. Crud. The balance has tipped. Time to get painting, again.
Citrine
I had a friend pick up the Mousling Heroes for me at Gen Con. They are so cute ! Happy Dance!
GreyHorde
I wanted the Mouslings set, but the parking attendants kept mugging me. :( That is a great set, though, and I will get it one of these days, maybe for Christmas.
bikerdrew
I just got a box of six miniatures for Frag! for my birthday. Expect to see them in Show Off forum sometime soon.
Inarah
I found very little at GenCon this year that I actually wanted. One DarkSword figure, Reaper's Frumitty, and a pair of half-price Croc Games blisters. I'm still over 100 bought and above 50 painted for the year, and not going to worry about it. Sergeant_Crunch
3 packs of some Khurasan 15mm sci-fi minis, about 30 total.
warlordgarou
Wargames Factory has (or maybe had by now) a deal - 20 Celts (28mm) for $9.99. So, I added 120 Celts, on the off chance that I will someday get around to getting Warhammer Ancients and working on the 144 Romans I bought on sale last year. Oh, and I added 12 Battle Mages, 2 Heavy Myrmidons, 3 Magister Solo, a Cyclops Shaman, and I think a couple of warcasters. On the plus side, I have actually been getting in some time almost every day to paint, assemble, prime, etc, so while my pile of unpainted lead and plastic continues to grow, it does so at a slower pace. It's progress, of a sort.
Nanite
And I fell off the wagon again... ... Then set it on fire... ... And pushed it off a cliff: So: Two Kingdoms of Mongo from Flash Gordon Universe: Frigia and Mingo City, That's 9 minis total. (seriously, check these out, so awesome: http://www.hangar18fasa.com/flash_gordon_42.html ) Nine minis total. Then I had to supplant those with a selection of four War ROckets from Hydra Miniatures, and the Cosmic Stranger for good measure. Five there. Reaper released so many awesome minis I couldn't hold off. So add the new Galactic Marine, another flamethrower privateer, the three blood reef minis, and the visbaroness for Six. A two impulse buy packs from GW finish the count at: 22 So 72 for the year. I think I can hold there.

GreyHorde
Traded one duplicate purchase in for store credit, got a few new ones - Autumn Bronzeleaf, WL Unicorn, Liela (Darkreach), Earth Elemental, and Chronoscope Rio Wilson. 34 acquired vs. 23 painted.
