1. Are we talking for painting, playing games (Warlord, CAV, RPG, etc...), collecting, or other end usage?

2. How far are we wanting to try to make it stretch? I mean I could easily blow it all on a single dragon, or I can try to get the most mileage in terms of smaller models.

1. I was thinking mostly painting and collecting, but if filling out an army list is what you want, that's fine.

2. That's up to you, it's your wish list. And they needn't be Reaper figures.

I'm just polling to see what other people like and would get, given the opportunity.

Wow. Well, since I suffer from AADD (Army Attention Deficit Disorder), any of these would be on my list. (All are roughly $50, give or take):

Dream Pod 9 - Mammoth Strider Custom Pack - don't need one yet, but it's a nice big stompy robot.

Privateer Press - Nightmare, Karchev the Terrible, Beast 09 - technically, I could only use the Nightmare right now, but someday I will get Khador again. Hordes - Mulg the Ancient or the Dire Troll Blitzer

Wargames Factory - I have thought about getting a box of the Zulus and a box of the Brits, just for a diorama.

Reaper - Goroloth, Hill Giant

There are more, many more I am sure, but those are the ones off the top of my head that I would get mainly just to paint them. For army purposes, I have dozens of things, from FoW, Dixon cowboys, DBA armies, Romans and Germans for some FOG armies, etc. . . .

I could have fifty $50 mini withlists, but I just saw this and feel it calling to me. It will be my first super mini.

I would hire a babysitter for several hours so I could actually get some painting done.

Not necessarily on topic, but it's what I'd do. ::D:

I have more than enough metal to last me for a lifetime. I think I have to agree with your line of thinking though Doug since it has been far far too long since I have put paint to brush.

The answer to this question changes every few days with whatever new idea comes into my head. Today, it's the old stock of Warmachine one of my FLGS has gathering dust, which is still priced from six years ago, or more.

Last night I was looking at it, and now I'm thinking with $50 I could grab three of those warjacks (two of them heavy), paint 'em and sell 'em.

Reaper Master Series: U.S. Army Serviceman (54mm). I'd paint him up as a gift for a soldier returning from his second tour in Afghanistan.

The rest of my list is subject to change without notice. Today's version:

Reaper Master Series: Monique De Noir (54mm)

Reaper Warlord Dire Bear (Dwarven faction)
