morganm
The previouse 5 posts show the final highlights. I'm calling the skin 'good enough' and moving on. This was about 2 hours of painting. I put on 2-3 layers on each model. Also went back and did a bit of lining where midtones had covered some of the previouse lining. Final Highlight: 2 drops Rosey Skin 1 drop Ruddy Leather 1 drop Oiled Leather 7 drops water The transition was a little more stark than I wanted so you may want to either adjust this recipe to make it a tad darker or use a glaze to make it a more smooth transition. Mercius
The skin looks great, the highlights are nicely done and not too over the top.

morganm
Spent a couple of hours laying down base coats on other bits. All recipes are basically the same. 1:1 paint:water and laid down in 2 or 3 layers to get full coverage. For example the greens are 2 drops Leaf Green and 2 drops water. Previouse 5 posts show each model's current progression.

Ferox
How'd you get the Breonne blue flat like that? Mine's glossy like nobody's business.
morganm
Thanks everyone =^.^= About the blue... that's just Breonne Blue and water. 1:1 ratio. Not sure if this has anything to do with it or not but... it's not from a RMS dropper bottle. It's in a sample pot that came with my Learn To Paint Kit #2. It started to get a little more shiny when I added Blue Liner to the mix for shading now.

Huh, maybe it's just a matter of which batch it came from. Mine's pretty glossy mixed about the same as yours, though I used about 2:1:1 paint:flow improver:water. Great work on the kobolds, nonetheless!

You're probably right because my Breone Blue is flat as it comes.
