Maybe with an attendent courtier or even a prince/princess. 2) On a similar note, Oriental themed Emperor/Empress set. With courtiers possibly, or just him/herself and sat on a throne. 3) A sea serpent of some kind. 4) A Roc 5) A set of servents/maids. 6) Oh, and Alice. And the Mad Hatter. And maybe the cat.
