Kelcore
wow great job on the armor and shield =) Thanks Lyn! Yeah, the armor came out A LOT better than I thought it would with the metallic red in there.
Klivian
Very, very nice. I especially like the work on his facial scales and the shield (looks like it was hand-scraped leather and wood passed down for 2 generations!).
Reaper User Reaper Ron Posted August 12, 2010 Reaper User Share Posted August 12, 2010 Hey Kelcore, thanks for the conversion prototype! RR

Though it's odd, The shield is the part I'm most disappointed with. I guess I failed to really get across that it's supposed to be metal. Hey Kelcore, thanks for the conversion prototype! RR Are you kiddin me Ron? It was a pleasure! Thank YOU for having Bobby turn my work on its' ear (and what an honor that is!) and thank you producing this mini (also an honor). Believe me, even just here in Lansing, there's a TON of 4e D&D players that are happy Reaper has churned out this figure. I don't imagine it's much different elsewhere in the world either. :)
Grimwolf
Im really diggin the armor on this guy. Im just gonna guess here but did you use the demi metallics on the red? It looks really good either way. Also I think the face pops really well. Nice work I really like this guy. I think this character really needs to lay some jagged blade to a troll sometime soon. You should tell your DM that. :D

Reaper Master Series "Ruby Red" Mixed with gratuitous amounts of various shades of red and highlighted with "New Gold" mixed with "Buckskin Pale", Glazed every so often with "Clear Red" To even things out. And: GAH! A Troll? Dude, he's just 1st level! Though I'm sure the DM has already thought about it and is planning for just such a thing to happen eventually. :)
