Azazel
Normal ground models with MOV6 using 2 activations would go 6" + 6" + 2" when running or charging. (Cav gets +4" if im not mistaken?) Do flying/burrowed models recieve any kind of movement bonus? We've been scrutinizing the rulebook, but haven't been able to find anything on the subject. Thx in advance! - Azazel

Thx in advance! - Azazel My guess is a MOV is a MOV. A Flyer with MOV 10 can move 10" + 2" with a Run or Charge Action. The Blink SA does mention that you do not get the bonus movement when using Blink.

Azazel
Can you make a run action, using only 1 activation to move? Like the 10" + 2" Gaming Glen mentions above. We've been playing using the rule that you can only get the run bonus if a model uses both its activations to move. (ex. 10" + 10" + 2") Thx alot for clarifying. :) - Azazel

WL: 2nd p. 30/ WL: SN p.18. I assume that when you use the word "activation," you're meaning "action?" A model's Activation gives it two Actions. In this case, the first has to be a Move in order to Run.

And to clarify further, Cavlary models (i.e. those mounted on a cavalry-size base - 25mmx50mm) do not get a 4" bonus, unless they have the Mounted SA. The SA itself is what grants the extra movement, rather than the base size (which therefor means it is possible for any base-sized model to possess the SA and get the 4" bonus vs. the 2" bonus). ~v
Stubbdog
One last monkey wrench to throw in to the equation to help you out.. A model with flyer mov 10, but starts on the ground... Can take off and fly 5 + 10 +2 = total 17, (it takes half its movement to take off) A model with flyer mov 10 that is already flying... can fly 10 + 10 + 2 =
