dragon's claw on models with multiple melee attacks

the Reptus Dragon's Claw has the neat ability of resolving the bearer's first melee attack as if it had the Swing-Through SA. On a model with more than 1 melee attack, do I declare where the rest of the attacks will be allocatyed before resolving the initial attack?
