joshuaslater
Dig these baby!! 'Ol Tim Fitch over in England runs www.miniature-heroes.co.uk He stocks Reaper in England, and he sells these cool resin bases for models made before slotta tabs became the norm. http://www.miniature-heroes.co.uk/browse/hobby/pre-slotta-cup-bases/view/cb30s-pre-slotta-cup-base-30mm-x-1-5mm-deep.html Any way we could get Reaper to carry them Stateside? I'd love to see them in plastic, but resin would be cool too. Don't like the broccoli? Just put the model in the recessed base, add putty, stir, and enjoy!! Heisler
I believe you can find square versions of those in metal in the Reaper store, they used to make them anyway.

Dr.Bedlam
Metal's gotten expensive, yo. Yeah, well, show us something that hasn't. Although hyperbole's still pretty cheap, I guess...
Kannan Fodder
I like the idea too. However, I prefer 1 inch squares because that's what fits the scale of the maps and tiles we use to game - plus it makes them Warlord legal. And, yes, the metal ones are still available - 3 pack for $7.99. joshuaslater
Squares would be encouraged too. I've got my Reven Bugbears glued to some square bases right now. A deeper recessed base would be nice for these guys.

McGhiever
I use plastic GW unslotted bases turned upside-down.
Kannan Fodder
Drat! Had I noticed Bryan's post sooner, I'd have included those on my order Thursday! Those are what I usually use. Well, forgot to order a couple minis too, so those go on the wish list.... ;) ~M
