Twas my first ReaperCon and I gotta say it was a great time. I got to come mostly Thur/Fri and pop in on Sat. My thanks to those running the Pathfinder games, and also many thanks to those staffing the metal trade. You made my weekend. Now I'll just have to set aside time to paint next year, I was so busy getting minis after gaming that I couldn't make a class or even sit to paint any! :D

THANKS!!!!

I do agree best con yet. It was great to see old friends and make new ones. I would like to thank all involved in setup and planning of this undertaking. ReaperCon is the most unique con in the world it combines the best aspects of this hobby, and does it well. Ed, Dave, Bryan and Ron and everyone else that works at Reaper well done. Sonic Mike kudos and keep the food in house so we gamers aren't clogging the roads. I can't wait till next year.

This was a very very awesome Reapercon. I managed to pick up so many minis that even 20 years later I wouldn't have all of them painted, got some very excellent tips and techniques from the artists (cheers out to Michael Proctor for tolerating my constant presence, questions and interruptions), loved trying out the new HD paints in the speed painting competition, and had an absolute blast playing the variety of games on offer. GM Chris ran some very tight Star Wars games with probably the best spaceship encounter I've ever played in.

BIG BIG thanks to everyone who organised and helped out with this event, and for being so friendly and approachable.

Haha! That is freakin' awesome! It's like someone took a picture in the hotel room. I'd like to pick it up but as we all know, I don't really wear t-shirts...

Don't really wear t-shirts when hiding behind curtains and about to pounce Bel perhaps...

In public you always had a t-shirt on...

You weren't supposed to peek. And my shirts were epic.

Admittedly, this is only my third Reapercon, but so far, they've managed to top themselves three years running. I can only imagine what will happen NEXT year.

I'm still wondering why so many people seemed to recognize "Dr. Bedlam." Do I really make that big a jack(ace) of myself on the forums? I KNOW I don't paint that well...

And it is said among the ancient grognards, "When you paint ALL the metal you own... you die." Thanks to an annual Reapercon, I figure I'm functionally immortal...

I have an elf army from '08 that still have mold lines and no bases...

I don't post enough for anyone to know who I am. Earlier this morning I realized

that without my badge handy most of the weekend I didn't really help things.

And to Bel: *in Helpful Stalker persona* "Yeah, that's hot. I like that. Do that again. Oh wait...you're leaving the room...make sure you turn off the lights because that wastes energy. Yeah, that's hot."

Did you design today's Designbyhumans.com shirt?

I think you did.

First of all Todd - that shirt rocks my socks off!

second, dearest stalker, (or is it Sir Kile?) we're already scheming for the awesomeness that will be next RCon! P.s. Todd's planning to off you because you've stolen his title as "creeper" :D

Hey all,

I have to agree that this was an awesome Con! It was my first ReaperCon and I am not ashamed to say that I am already pre-registered for next year. Just 359 days to go! C'mon ReaperBryan, get that countdown started on the home page! Many thanks to all that made my first ReaperCon the most memorable con I have attended. My thanks to Mike and Dallas from Oklahoma CIty, Joe (the fairy dust cleric), Chris and Cat from San Antonio, and Dr. Bedlam! All of you assisted in making this an awesome experience. I will definitely pay it forward next year!

Only request I would make is to get a Subway into the con. For a Vegan like me Sonic don't offer too much! There are only so many tater tots one can eat!

Lue.

Well, SonicMike is SonicMike for a reason.

If her were SubwayMike it'd be a different story.

Not trying to bag on your veganism, I'm cool with it.

But catering isn't something to easily manage and Mike

is a lead head and fan. You can even ask for the Reaper Discount

to get 10% off at the Sonic down the street. Been there, used it.

The "Sir Kile" moniker is only applicable in sushi eateries. That is awesome! I am already working through the logistics myself. And what is this animosity towards myself? I just wanna be loved in a creepy fashion, is that so wrong?
