Inarah
Been under any stress lately? Working long hours, extra shifts, more annoyances than usual, less sleep? Do you work retail, and come into contact with lots of people and objects touched by people and their snot nosed kids?
wildbill
I have a friend that discovered the reason he was so sick: he had black mold growing in the walls of his house from a roof leak he didn't know he had. I've seen this on tv but this was the first time I knew someone that actually had this happen to them. He has had all kinds of health issues. Spike
Also sometimes people get sick for having mold growing in the HVAC ducts. It's always a good plan to get those checked every so often.
haldir
Yah something we might do this spring. We've (I) spent enough on the house year with the roof repair, painted the outside & fixed a few plumbing problems. Anyways I should have a post up tomorrow. I had one the other time but alas I left it up & the kids turned the computer off...really need a system just for me! Looking at a Chromebook, just not sure I wanna go the laptop route. Inarah
Compose and save in a word processing program. Or wordpad. Or Google Docs, it autosaves. You can come back to it. Or get a flash drive to keep your stuff on.
Spike
I used to keep a TXT doc called "post.txt" right on my desktop that I would open and edit whenever I was making any sort of lengthy reply or that required multiple links, text editing or formatting. It came in real handy in the last two years when I was having some real spotty wifi connectivity on our old router.
haldir
Well it wouldn't have been a problem if the the kids hadn't turned the computer off. I usually have something running on my account. Also the net connection is allot more stable now with the keeping it on as well (its on wifi). Ok the post. Had a monster load come in last night (11 large & overloaded pallets, mostly T-day items but had to go through all of it to get to the regular items, ughhh) & thus didn't do much of anything today but sleep when I got home. Got 2 hours of OT last night so cant complain to much I'll have the post up tomorrow early, short night/morning tomorrow so I should be good to go. wildbill
Just as an FYI to everyone, I am headed out to Beijing, China this coming Saturday for work! Woo hoo! I will not return until the following Thursday, the 21st, and I am not sure how long it will take to be coherent again. And then the following Wednesday the 27th I head out of town to Illinois to be with the in-laws for Thanksgiving weekend. I just purchased a Surface Pro 2 this past weekend, which I will have with me during both trips, but I am not sure how much free time I will have to play with it. Haldir, please feel free to continue to play my character while I am gone so that the game is not stopped because of me. You definitely can not roll any worse than I do! LOL!! haldir
Slow post/progress on my part. I moved my 24" lcd down to the community computer so its now a lot nicer on my eyes. I never realized how bad the older, smaller lcd was. Hopefully get this one back on track. Will have the completed post up today.
