GreyHorde
Okay, so I have hardly touched a brush in nearly a year, and this is the first model I actually finished in that time. Even then, 'finished' is a relative term, one I had to apply just last night. And then finding some photo-fu all over again...bleh. This is one of two entered into WAMP's Dark Sword contest. Wish me luck!
Jay
Don't think luck will be needed :)

GreyHorde
Thanks! Oh, and to clarify what I meant by photo-fu, I tried a black background but couldn't set the exposure correctly. White was worse. Ended up with black again and still, the green especially lost some contrast and color. That's RMS Mint Green, a pastel and quite a departure from my usual color palette. JimL
That green is gorgeous and I love her skin tone. Just like riding a bike.

flameberge
Outstanding! My favorite Dark Sword miniature and you did it more than justice.
sgtoku
Very nice! The skin and the highlights on the dress are very smooth. Simple and beautiful. Personally like the job you did on the black hair, too.
Legion
I like the color very cool, especially for that elf maiden/sorceress type character. I also dig the blue in the black hair... What shade did you use? I had tried that on one of my pieces and it came out OK but not like yours did.
cookjimjr
Very nice, Love what you did with the hair. The Mint Green dress is beautiful. I am going to have to get that color. What did you use for the shading and highlights on that color.
