gwangi32
Haven't painted since February and now that is too hot to be outside all the time I think I am going to try to paint a pirate crew. I've got a few figures in mind, I'll choose tonight.
Lars Porsenna
Got 2 Eldar Night Spinners to paint (about 50% done with both), an Eldar Nightwing inbound from Forgeworld, a squad of Warp Spiders, a squad of Striking Scorpions, and a squad of Howling Banshees (acquired at 30-40% off, as stores blow out the metals in preparation for resin). But the big news is I'm going to Historicon on Friday with a fatty wad o' cash. Will pick up a few GW products, but most will be spent on Historicals (esp. Clash of Empires ruleset, and War of the Roses figures from the Perrys)... Damon.
Inarah
I've got a pile o' stuff to finish up before GenCon. Mostly cowboys and chronoscope ladies.
Foxden Racing
I'm working on a chain fighter [female], and assuming I can pull out of this rut and get her done I'll be moving on to my converted Brock Battlebow [to a rifleman] and Charon. Jen
Still got my Blood Bowl team to finish, a tyranid hive tyrant, and Ithamar (3259).
Sergeant_Crunch
I get to put my new game room together (which will suspiciously look like my old game room just in a different house). Painting? We'll see what happens. Edit: Great, my beloved book case with glass doors is demolished. Ironically, the glass in the doors and the glass shelves are what survived. Any little dudes bite it? My goal: take pictures of the stuff I painted last month.
Sergeant_Crunch
I packed the minis all myself so there shouldn't be too much to repair, aside from the multi-piece ones that came apart during packing.

Sergeant_Crunch
Game room's pretty much set up and the rest of the house as well. Actually got to apply pigment to a couple starships!

gwangi32
I can't believe the month is over. I picked some pirates and then was too busy to do any painting. My garage, (man cave)is where I do most of my painting and it is full of "stuff" as we get ready for my son to go off to college and then have a garage sale. I intend to get some painting done in August. Wow did July just fly by or what!
Foxden Racing
I can't believe the month is over. I picked some pirates and then was too busy to do any painting. My garage, (man cave)is where I do most of my painting and it is full of "stuff" as we get ready for my son to go off to college and then have a garage sale. I intend to get some painting done in August. Wow did July just fly by or what! I'm jealous...my plans for a man cave ended up being fruitless. I got it all cleaned out, the desks and lamps and such in place, then found out that I don't have an extension cord long enough to reach. It was the perfect place, too...I'm a single male with a walk-in closet in his bedroom; I don't need that much space, and my old wooden desk fit perfectly. Agreed, though...I got nothing done either. I'm finding I don't like MSP's "Ruddy Flesh"...the one figure I put it on came out looking like an Oompa Loompa. Can anyone recommend a better 'sun-beaten' color? I'm going for the look of a caucasian that spends most of their time outdoors...and have been tempted to try GW's 'Snakebite Leather' next, but am really, really dreading trying to go around those eyes again.
