haldir 26399 Report post Posted April 20, 2012 Sorry for the delay again. I wasn't sure if anyone was still wanted to play this one. I'll get a post up after work tomorrow morning sometime. Also note Ayrpish has dropped from the game, as he is running the game with his real time group. Thanks for playing Ayrpish.

haldir 26399 Report post Posted April 23, 2012 Aryas sends out Mange the night before to scout the area where Walthus said the goblins make their camp. The evening passes without incident. (Everyone gains back 2 hps if damaged, Also Anthras has healed back the Con damage suffered in the attack with the shapechanger). Well almost without, Aryas is no where to be seen, & neither is his gear. Your best guess is something happened to Mange & the druid rushed to save his faithful companion. As your packing up to leave, Walthus presents the party with a cloak "While it's not much, I'd like you to have this. It has protected me well, when I've worn it." With that last remark he cracks a smile. The cloak is a a olive drab material, there is a round clasp made of gold with a blue star in the middle. (the cloak is a cloak of resistance +1) He presents it the person without obvious armor first. If that person refuses he offers it to whoever.

Loim 16545 Report post Posted April 23, 2012 Anthril will pass on this as well.
haldir 26399 Report post Posted April 29, 2012 (No response yet for Lexx but the halfling will offer it too him. If he refuses, the halfling has no ill will to anyone.) The party makes it way away from the shack. You follow back on the trail that you took to get to the shack & back at the last now first bridge you crossed. Which way do you guys go? Follow the trail back to the Lost Coast Road & then go down to the old trail & follow it to the goblin village or Divert off the path & head toward the village through the swamp? tenro 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2012 ((ill take it if no one else will, but ill give everyone else a chance first.)) ((im fine with either way, having no exceptional anti-ambush skills myself))
gwangi32 90 Report post Posted April 29, 2012 (ooc: Still here just away from the computer this week with work) "Many thanks to you friend Walthus," says Lexx "You are kind to make this offer and I am lucky to be the one to accept." Lexx will replace his cloak with this new, improved version. Lexx will wave to Walthus as the group leaves the shack area. "My opinion is to stay with the roads rather than trek through a swamp, but I will go with the majority view." says Lexx as the group moves away from the cabin
Loim 16545 Report post Posted May 7, 2012 "I believe the road is the better option. I have no real skill in woodscraft, and I feel the party is much the same. If we try to head off through the swamp we will no doubt end up creating more problems."
tenro 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2012 well, i think that settles it then. we will use the road.
