Lots of companies make giants that big. Except instead of calling them miniatures they call them action figures. McFarlane tends to make some nice ones in the 6-8 inch tall range.

That's just what I was thinking. I recently got a couple of King Kong action figures that seem almost the perfect scale for 28mm Bones. Plus, if they weren't so expensive now, I'd grab a few McFarlane Conan figures to use as giants...that would impress some at the table, I believe...

And they are bigger than the 80mm-ish 'Giants' like the Icingstead guys or Warhammer models.

They are so big that they can bash down a castle gate tower in about ten-minutes work. When they go to war they bring huge iron-shod overshoes (more dwarf work) that are fitted out with lots of iron spikes -- so they can squash horses and cavalry. You say battering ram; they say, 'what, this quarterstaff ??' They are seriously big: stand at the bottom of a cliff and rest their elbows on top big.

Make a giant like that. I don't think anybody has ever done that before.

How big you want height wise? Action figures and Model Kits cover a lot of sizes at varying levels of quality.

Eye ebay, there were a few other McFarlanes that make awesome gargantuan and colossal giants.

Also the WOW Lo'Gash fig is still fairly affordable. http://www.amazon.co...s/dp/B0021L8FJO

Over 200mm tall, it should make for an impressive GIANT. If somewhat toony and maybe too Conan-expy.

So you just want a small child, really.

No, no, no, nothing that dangerous ... <_< (...if I wanted something that would endanger my other minis that much I would get a cat ...or a ferret.)

Well the cloud and storm giant models will be more along those lines when they are released, though perhaps not quite as large as you are asking for.

Here's hoping. But really it is much more about the way they are equipped and kitted out. The height of them is secondary to that.

I am tired of 'giants' that are either Nordic Saga extras or oversize cavemen. The scraps-of-fur, crudely stitched, rough-hewn, raggedy, patched together 'look' has been done to death, IMHO, Ditto for sculpting the sagas in 3D.

@Frank: that is an interesting option but he is a little more Conan the Chaos Warrior than I would prefer.
