Bones You'd Like To See

I would like to see a Reven Kargir Tundra Beast Rider cause I don't think there is one, whatever it is, it's probably a big, bulky model, and those are a better deal cost-wise if they are made of Bonesium.

I'd really like to see some "beasts" - you know: bad-assed non-magical creatures (Bears. Wolves. Boars. Tigers.), pack and riding animals (Horses with saddles and packs or barding. Donkeys loaded with tinkers packs. Elephants with palanquins or barding.), even potentially dangerous grazers (Moose. Antelope. Reindeer.)

Speaking of tinkers packs, a tinker with the packs on his back - like in this illustration for Patrick Rothfuss' "Tinker's Pack" online shop: http://cache0.bigcartel.com/theme_images/2335207/Transparent_Tinkers_Packs.png - or a tinker's cart like this: http://deliciousfanfare.files.wordpress.com/2013/01/p7140213.jpg.

Oooo - and a band of gypsy's (a dancer with a tambourine, an adolescent with a lute or a flute, an elderly mystic fortune teller, a tough' adult male with flamboyant clothes, a motherly figure) plus some dressing like a pot of soup on a campfire, one or two different covered wagons.

All great ideas! I love all the animal ideas. Would be nice to have some normal critters, like bears which aren't wearing saddles or whatnot.

I agree with everything here. More conversion bits and scenery would be really nice.

What I would really like to see are larger models, especially the DHL Skeletal Dragon: http://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/Dark%20Heaven%20Legends/sku-down/03644. It's a great piece that I'm afraid of using on the tabletop because of the delicate wings and tail. However if it came in the Bones material I'd be much more comfortable using it.

I just remembered that Stonehaven will have a pretty awesome gnome tinker out once they're done shipping the gnome KS. He'll be in metal, but he's really spiffy.

Here's a picture of him (and his buddies) as greens.

I agree with a lot of what has been said here recently, I have already said I want to see more beasts. The number of times we have come across a wolf pack or a bear in our pathfinder games is very high. It be nice to have bones minis for there because as other people have stated having cheap monster minis is going to appeal to the game masters out there.

Bases, conversion bits, and mounts are another thing that keep coming up that I would really love to see Reaper bring into bones. I want a cheap sack of skulls for when I am basing some of my monsters and evil guys.

I also want to say that I love Matrissa's idea of a gypsy group. In one of our old games we came across a group of gypsies who turned out to be evil, it was awesome. Now we can't seem to have a campaign without at least whispers of evil gypsies. I know we would jump at the chance of actually having some bones models for them.

I also like the idea of clear fairy wings, gypsies and more merchant/regular folks for the road like tinkers milkmaids haywains etc. Perhaps a caravan pack of some kind. There really aren't enough normal people available outside of the standard tavern wench and innkeeper figures we keep seeing. A dead bodies pack would be nice also as well as figures seated on the ground.

Not to mention that a lot of those beast encounters come in packs, so anyone using them as an encounter will need several minis. Wolf packs, bear dens, etc., are a really good idea for Bones! Maybe even throw in extra large "Dire" versions, too.

Since some of the Bones are assembled from multiple pieces, I think it would be neat to have some that combine transparent and regular bones. Off the top of my head, you could give fairies clear, blue wings. Or maybe some clear spell effects in various colors added to a figure. Or a djinn whose lower half was a clear whirlwind. Just a random thought that seems like it could be worth exploring.

I'd rather fairy wings be clear-clear. I have plans/ideas/thoughts for all sorts of colours of fairy wings, and tinting them blue would mess painting them orange (for a pumpkin fairy, for example).
