Warlord Tourney at RCon 2012

Anybody get some good photos of the gameboards? I really appreciated all of the details; the sharks, the shipwrecks, and the skeletons hanging in the iron cages from the roof of the entrance to the cove. Oh, and the giant squid. Awesome.

In the order played

Scenario #3, "The Pheonix Rises" vs. Nefsokar: 19 - 1

[We were about even on speed, but the Lupines were able to absorb the damage they received a little better.]

 

Scenario #2, "Pieces of Eight" vs. Elves: 11 - 9

[both of us initially had trouble making the checks for the treasure, but I got lucky and made three checks in one turn later on.]

 

Scenario #1, "All Ashore" vs. Reptus: 15 - 5

[Though they couldn't move out of Deployment Zone until turn 2, the Lupines had enough speed to catch and overtake the Reptus.]

Is there going to be an event like this at RCon 2013?

 

The one last year was really fun. I sorta left Saturday open [no classes] just in case.

Yes, there will be another tourney. At this time, we are planning on offering up time slots for both Friday and Saturday just like last year. Three 2 hour rounds on Friday or three 2 hour rounds on Saturday.
