Is there a list of the Sophies that are included in the boxed set for the pledge of $110?

 

Based off of Ron's earlier comment, the boxed set should include:

 

2004: Reclining Sophie

2005: Cowgirl Sophie

2006: Bourbon Street Sophie

2007: Scifi Sophie

2008: Bomber Sophie

2009: Artist Sophie

2009: Halloween Sophie (I presume this is what Ron means when he says "both" from that year - this 2nd Sophie was from RAC in the fall)

2010: Biker Sophie

2010: Kneeling Sophie (technically not the RCon Sophie either, but she was the "Convention" Sophie for that year, is LE, and does appear on the boxed set pic)

2011: Adventure Sophie

2012: Pirate Sophie

 

That's 11 in all for your $110 pledge, i.e. the same (or less, in the case of recent Sophies) than what people paid for them individually at the time they were sold. The limited re-release boxed set that contained 2004-2008 retailed for $100 when it was available. It's quite the steal.

I'd guess that this is probably outside the scope of the Bones kickstarter project, as the plastic that is used for them isn't clear. They'd probably have to investigate another product to make something like that happen.

I'm forbidden from revealing specifics but some of your ideas are accurate. Some are not in this project. I guess that doesn't help, really, does it?

Hi all, anyone know what kind of customs duties would have to be paid on import to the UK on these items?

 

Unfortunately, that's all in the hands of your customs officials across the pond. So, if you bought a Vampire level and the addons, we'd have to put a value of $120 on the box and the UK Tax Man would take it from there. However...keep in mind that we're only declaring the value of what you pledged/paid and *not* the actual retail value of the items in the box. I know, it's not much of a siilver lining, but it's there.

Are these models shipped all at once or will they will ship on an as-manufactured basis. It would suck to have to pay taxes and duty on multiple shipments of $100+

That said I really hope the Gnolls, Lizardmen, Serpent/Snakemen, Ettins, Ogres and generic Fire and Frost giants are on the list (even if we have to pay more for some of them).

The only reason Kneeling Sophie is included is because Bryan shot the wrong model for the graphic so now we can't take it out. Bad Bryan, no biscuit! So you were going to get 9 but now your getting 10. And the Kneeling one is more rare as you had to physically attend a convention to her her! Oopsy!

 

There is also Artist Con Sophie not included, Halloween Sophie dress as a witch sitting on the pumpkin with a cauldron.

If I understand, the Artist Sophie is included as it was a ReaperCon release. The Halloween Sophie is not included as it was a ArtistCon release, not a ReaperCon release.

As I just posted in the Kickstarter comments, I would like to see Reaper start two more KS projects, one for moderns/sci-fi (i.e. Chronoscope) Bones (Chrones? ) and one for CAV Bones (though I really REALLY wish they would scale CAV up to 15mm for this).

 

I don't see a down side to the projects. If they don't reach their funding, no harm, no foul, nothing happens. If they do, well...

 

For the CAV KS, as a stretch goal, they could even have a re-do of the CAV 2.0 rules (changing ranges, etc. to reflect the new 15mm scale... ), even if it's just a pdf... They could once again turn to the CAV fan-base for input. This could finally give new life to the game, especially with cheap (money-wise) plastic minis. Checked the price of those Heavy Gear sets of figs lately, or BT? Ouch!

 

If Reaper were to do a plastic CAV KS, I would like to see them do CAVs in 6mm metal as a further stretch goal or +$ option as well...

I made an error when I shot the image and accidentally shot Kneeling Sophie instead of Artist Sophie. Because of that, you will receive Kneeling Sophie. Because Artist Sophie was Originally planned also, you will also receive her, although she will not be added to the picture. Halloween Sophie will not be added.

Yes: adding the Fire Giants (2) and Ebonwrath to the Vampire pledge of $100 would be an extra $20. So, modify your pledge to be $120.
