Downside of trading out sophie: Delayed gratification!

Old news is old.

WE'RE GETTING A FRIKKIN GRIFFON!!!

Edit: there's really no doubt in my mind that we'll be able to get to at least the next three stretch goals. I just hope we can reach the two million mark before 6:00pm saturday. (that's central time, right? So it's really 5:00pm for me)

Ok $250,000 more pledges... come... come quickly... Cause I wanna get the Griffon! And see what else we get!!!!!

*bounces around with a little too much excitement. Gets placed in a straight jacket until 6PM Saturday*

My gut tells me we will achieve 5 more pledge levels by 6PM Saturday.... (So these 2 and 3 more)

So who wants to start an over under on how many pledge levels we make?

Kidding, kidding... I am sure gambling is not endorsed here.... but maybe if it was for minis.... :;):

Awesome reveal! And the tease....

Can't wait to find out how much more I need to give.

I'm really not looking forward to this ending. Where will we all go without new posts to read every day (or every few hours ><)?

DRG

Onto facebook, twitter, skype and other forums to brag to all the poor schmucks who didn't pledge about how many minis we're getting, obviously.

My OCD has conflicting desires for the next stretch goal. Half of me wants it to be $1.92mil, so it follows current trends. The other half of me wants it to be somewhere in the one-million-eight-hundred-thousands, because it wouldn't be kosher to skip a numer in the hundred-thousands place.

also I'm kinda disappointed that it's just a river. a river is so boring compared to a super-evil underground abyss with green fire everywhere.

You have my sympathies.

You have my sympathies.

What has befallen me in this dark hour is truly dreadful... and all I have to console me are 210 miniatures and a forum tag! Oh, woe is me!

To spare my family from the shame, I must run away from home and paint my nails black and become a wandering vagabond of the goth subculture! Oh, cruel fate, how I rue thee!

Osmoticmeld is an experiment! It is a collaborative partnership between the renowned artist Ian Miller and [John Robertson], and was born of a serendipitous meeting over social media many moons ago.

I must also extend special thanks to both Sebastian Czarnecki and David Pauwels, they have been incredibly generous with their time in giving advice, support and guidance: Seb’s also designed our website and David’s done some fabulous work with his hair sticks!

I've been following these on facebook for what seems like ages as they've been sculpted and am impresses with how close they are to the Ian Miller artwork that inspired them

Here are two little guys for the new year: Bones vege-(or vegy-)pygmies, sculpted by Kevin Williams.
In the game lore, they are plant creatures arising from infestations of russet mold, so I wanted to incorporate rusty orange- and red-browns with the green.
(And if you're still in the holiday spirit, you can sing a rousing round of "Rusty the Moldman".)
I spent about 2-3 hours on each.
It was fun to play with a few oranges, reds, and purples, along with the greens.
I thought about adding foliage or other material on the bases, but decided to call these two done for now.
      Enjoy!

As you continue exploring the cathacomb, you catch sight of a ghastly humanoid creature walk in your direction. The stench of death and rot lingered around its undead forms. You recognize with horror, a minion of the dark necromancer queen Kiaransalee. This is a 77159, Ghast sculpted by James Van Schaik.

Well, finally painted him - and I'm pretty satisfied. I heavily borrowed/copied from this post: https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/84520-77594-solar-angel/#comment-1788530,

It went better than I expected.
