Actually, I guess you could get it on a 50, if you *really* tried. There is a scale comparison pic (not mine) that looks like someone removed his base and mounted him on a 50. It's a very tight squeeze, and not a baseing job I'd prefer, but YMMV in that regard.

So, for those wondering, we did in fact break 1/2 a million today (actually, we finished within $18K of $600K). And the pledges are not slowing down, not really anyway. There is a normal drop-off overnight, but we are consistently higher than the previous day's hourly totals by anywhere from $3K-17K. Hourly totals for the last 6 hours of the Kicktraq day were over $30K each, with a couple approaching $40K.

 

What's this mean? Well, even if we can only hold pace at $30K per hour through the final 18 hours, we will blow past $3M quite handily. If, however, those numbers go closer to $40K/hour, $3.5M is not out of the question.

Not to interrupt any ongoing conversations, but seeing that this is the KS Discussion Thread I have quick question. Will the Bones KS Minis comes with bases attached to them as I thought I once read or will I need to acquire them separately? Or do bases come with only to some of them--possibly all the "normal" and smaller sized ones? Thanks in advance for the answer.

broccoli bases like other Bones / LE / Dark Heaven. A bag of washers from the local hardware store will be the cheapest 'option' to upgrade to round bases. Other places to get bases are mentioned in this post.

Here's a Warlord and Bones related question: How does the Undead Giant model compare to the Skeletal Giant in the Necropolis army? Will it fit on a 2" base?

 

No, the Bones one is huge. I have mine based on a CD. There is a scale comparison pic here.

Yeah, I'd seen that, but it wasn't clear how close his feet were together and whether they'd fit on a 2", especially given that a 2" square is nearly 3" diagonally (it almost looks like it would scoot over and fit on that giant's base, although it would likely have to be weighted.)

I don't know what to trade sophie in for, a couple of addon models or the case to carry everything around. How do you guys carry around all those minis? This is of course assuming I can trade for the case.

As an aside, Bones plastic is very easy to work with a razor blade and modify.

I haven't decided whether I'm gonna trade Sophie in or not, or what options I would choose as alternatives, but I'm loving the fact that I have the option to consider.
