One possible way to get around production blockups would be to ship/produce rewards separately. 'Adventurers level rewards' Ship in October, 'Monster level' addons in December, 'Demigods and Dragons' ship in February. All International pledges ship in March by Unicorn Express. This does increase shipping costs, however.

Shipping is easily the hardest expense to predict, because not all boxes will weigh the same due to variances in rewards selected. As such, anything that makes predicting that cost harder is very bad, from a planning perspective.

I just noticed on the Australian Sophie thread, apparently the Bones pledges will be shipped out in March in the order people filled out the pledge manager.

 

As for Martin's Cthulhu, wasn't there a sort of glowy cold yellow in one of the Kickstarter paint sets of new colors? i bet that, contrasted with a somewhat darker green eye socket, could produce a glowing effect like that.

Did anyone else find themselves whimpering with their fingers in their mouth while watching that video?

 

 

It's not just that there's sooo many minis to paint, or that the video doesnt include all the extras and duplicates I'm getting, or that there may well be another Bones kickstarter coming at some point.

 

 

It's the fact that I've STILL been buying minis even though I know what's coming.

Still on target to start shipping in March.

Materials for shipments are stacking up inside the warehouse here - Shipments of cases, foam, paint supplies, boxes for shipping etc. We will begin shipping in just a few short weeks, once we have everything in. We do not want to begin shipping and have to stop while we wait for other product to get here. More specifically, we do not want anybody to have to wait while others have their boxes.
