One of the fine folks over at the Paizo forums noted that the latest installment of the Pathfinder Adventure Path, #66 The Dead Heart of Xin

has stats and an encounter with a clockwork dragon. And two art pieces as well!

He's CR16. Pretty tough character.

Reaper update 85 was the 28/2. Any news on progress?

Sitting in Europe and looking forward to receiving my package. But it is quite at the moment. So quite... Looking forward to make mock battles with my miniatures and the game tiles from Dwarven Forge kickstarter.

Check out this thread - it has the latest update I'm aware of.

thanks Rabble Rouser. I did look if there was a thread with update. I must have missed that one.

Nothing to do but wait and follow Dwarven Forge Kickstarter. I have a feeling it may become just as big a success as the Bones kickstarter.

Dwarven Forge is certainly off to a great start, but I can't see it having anywhere near the success of bones. Their customer base is a sub-set of Reapers, and there is no way they can match the variety bones did with stretch goals. Also, because of the prohibitive costs of shipping, they just cannot offer the fantastic free add-ons Reaper did. Still, with over 1100 backers and almost a quarter million in funds already raised, they have got to be happy. Heck, I'm sure they'd have been happy to see that on the last day of their project. I just think this will be a project that flattens out after the initial couple waves of backers. Kicktraq predicts 2.9 million, I think a more realistic end number will be 500k-1million.

I think you're going to be surprised Suden. For one, it has a lot of the appeal of legos for gamers, so $500 base is a lot more common. Two, the add-ons are probably going to drag in a lot of people who have been waiting for stock. Three, i know a lot of people want to get these for their board games, a pretty lucrative market right now, and a different subset than bones in that regard. I'm excited to see which of us is right. =D
