I am so happy on how this Kickstarter is going! It's my first and Reaper has ruined me for everyone else at this point.

 

So, if stretch goals follow the same pattern, the next stretch should be a buy in.

 

I'm hoping for the fire giant regular soldiers. This would be great with multiple buy ins needed. I love ice giant leaders but have some challenges with the size of the soldier's heads - a little too small for the amazingly sculpted bodies.

If you want a cool conversion for the fire giant soldiers, order P14205B Hill Giant Head. It fits with little modification and looks great too.

 

Being able to order multiples of things is going to get expensive.....tonight.

Must......bribe.....better....half...... ::o:

I've finally taken time away from the KS and this thread to catch up with the rest of the Reaper forums. That didn't take long. It appears this project has pretty-much killed most of the other topics... :blink:

 

Looking again at the pile of minis included in this project, and the number of backers...I sure hope Reaper factored in the upgrades they're gonna need for their website when all the WIPs and Show-Offs of these start appearing...

Not that I've got a problem with any of the things that have been in the last couple of revealed stretch goals, but I have to agree. I rarely buy more than 1 of a given PC model; I almost always get 3 or more of a good monster sculpt. And for the big, expensive monsters (read: giants, demons, etc.), I'd often like more than I can rationalize buying at the price-point in metal.

 

Buying a PC in plastic is only gonna save me a buck or three; buying a giant in plastic could easily save me a 10-spot on every one I buy.

Thanks! I'm assuming that these can be used with the ice giants too.

I don't know the exact numbers, but if you can order Online from a list of 2,000 sku, and the Kickstarter adds another 200 sku, that's only 2% of their available minis. And Reaper has to analyze how they want to fit the new line into their business model. How do you maximize this opportunity to give the line it's biggest chance to grow itself and the company? Is it monsters? Is it Giant and Huge class monsters? Is it hordes and bands of antagonists? Is it Heroes? Is it catering to their own game system? I think they are reaching out to all their markets as best they can and tiring to spread the love around. But when you reach the end... There is just no way for all your backers to get everything they would like to have seen put into production. I know that for sure, 'cuze this backer wants EVERYTHING in the Bones line... I'll take what i can get now... And be very happy. :)
