Does anyone else keep checking the KICKSTARTER website?

Let's see if I got my stretch goal prediction model fixed (I love spread sheets).

At this point in time, I'm predicting that we'll hit the 185k stretch goal somewhere between 6:15 and 6:45pm Central Time.

I was horribly wrong yesterday, and this goal is going much slower than I anticipated.

Well, it's where I am 6:40 now (EDT), and it's $107 short, so you were pretty close this time, from my perspective. ::):

Unfortunately, klarg - I'm already maxed on my pledge budget. I've pretty much spent all my gaming dollars for August, September and October.

But I went ahead and maxed my budget well before I knew what all the extra's I'd be able to purchase are.

I can't even pledge yet (waiting on a paypal or check option) and I still keep a close eye on it. I check at least several times a day. ::D:

Hmm there are work arounds that are used for the people that don't have the ability to use Amazon's payment scheme.

Perhaps you know someone that can help if you pony up the cash?

To me, it doesn't make since unless you don't manage your finances with some form of banking. I prefer direct deposit and not having to cash checks and carry around wads of bills in my wallet.

I check the site multiple times a day, even though I keep telling myself that they will send me an email when we all level up again!

Just another 4000 till the next update (at 235k). ::D:

On those prepaid mastercards.. do you have to pay any sortof extra fee? Can you get one with about $500, spend it, and then pretty much toss the card?

Still, I think I'd much rather send Reaper a check or pay with paypal. There's also the hassle of having to register with Amazon.com. Blegh...

Unfortunately, if you don't go through KS/Amazon, your pledge won't count toward the goals, and I haven't seen anywhere that Reaper will accept checks or PayPal for this.

I can't comment on the pre-aid cards, however as I've never used one.

I was a little surprised to not see this already here.  I just got a 48 hour notification on a game called "Lurkers of the Deep" - it's apparently an expansion to a miniatures game, but in addition to the game they're also selling a bunch of 20s/30s pulp/cthulhu style minis.  (And a number of buildings, too.)  I'm not interested in the game, but I put down a 30 pound pledge to get a bunch of the figures and get the various free stretch goals figures.

There's only another 46 or so hours left, so I guess that means it ends early on March 1st.

I have me a bit of a dubious, largely because I'm not certain these will, in fact, work for anybody. But. Still.. the concept is pretty damn cool.

"Tilt Five is a whole new way to play games, in Augmented Reality (AR), with freaking holograms!
When you slip on the Tilt Five glasses and look at the game board, a vibrant 3D world opens up to you.  Suddenly chasms seem to drop infinitely into your table, and game characters and monsters spring up from the game board.  This is gaming unlike anything you've experienced before.
"When we started designing the Tilt Five system our focus wasn't on the technology for technology's sake.  We wanted to provide an amazing gaming experience that blends the things you love about video games and board games. And we wanted it to be just as fun when playing solo, together with your friends, or even when you're apart."  Jeri Ellsworth, Co-Founder & CEO "

Be interesting to see if this lives up to itself.

"You take your game seriously. Now it's time for a serious screen.
In October of 2018, Dog Might released the first fully sculpted GM Screen, the Valhalla Screen. Since then, we have released over 30 more designs, including officially licensed screens for: Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, and Vampire: The Masquerade. We have also designed screens for you favorite shows, such as Relics and Rarities and the Critical Role stream of Undeadwood. Over the last year and a half, our Valhalla Screens have proven to be our most sought after product. "

... Would it surprise anybody here to know I want one?
If I can't have one, at least I can spread the word. ;p
