mvincent
I would also like to take a moment to curse whoever first wrote "ventral seam". It somehow managed to get twisted into venereal seam in my mind while looking at the pictureNot even all of my soothing sea sounds meditation tapes will ever erase that from my mind now.The disturbing seam is why I like it so much. This Cthulhu creeps me out... and that's a good thing.
Pally
I think he's full of potatoes. All he has to do is stand over a hapless adventurer and unzip.

On the plus side, at least you're not alone in your suffering anymore. And that's what I was hinting at with the mention of the Braindead / Dead Alive movie. smokingwreckage
I just kind of imagine him coming unzipped and all his guts falling out on his feet.
TheAuldGrump
I just kind of imagine him coming unzipped and all his guts falling out on his feet. So, are you going to sculpt in a nice big zipper? (A friend bought his kid a stuffed 'Thulhu.... If he could have gotten one as a stuffed backpack then he would have.) The Auld Grump, the zipper would be to so you could put one of those boxes that make toys talk. 'Cause that is such a nice thing to do to a kid.... And a Sleep-n-Snore Ernie got triggered in the night once and traumatized one of my nephews.
Slendertroll
I just discovered that there's now a painted version of the new lizardman warrior up, which I haven't seen posted here yet.

burnsides
[ One of the most terrifying things I've seen was a Teddy Ruxpin modified to sing bawdy blues. And a Sleep-n-Snore Ernie got triggered in the night once and traumatized one of my nephews. Oh yeah I was from the generation just barely prior to the one that Teddy Ruxpin was developed for. Teddy, after being borrowed/temporarily ilberated from younger siblings, got to perform Ozzy Ozbourne and Eddie Murphy cassettes for us. Ozzy made his eyes roll around up and down a lot very fast. Eddie murphy didn't trigger any of his movements at all but seeing a bear and hearing Eddie Murphy telling dirty jokes is still pretty funny. Thankfully we were over that kind of thing by the time 2 Live crew came out. Now, who tried to eat the jelly that came out of Stretch Armstrong ? Any super powers? Cancer? Stomach pump? Loss of ability to do complex integrals in your head?

Qwijoma
If anyone wants to see what the Call of Cthulhu Vinyl kit actually looks like I can post some pics. I have the original boxed one and then a recast. It is FAR larger that the HorrorClix one and vastly more detailed. I still need to actually assemble and paint them but you are looking at close to 1.5 feet tall and almost 2 feet wingspan.
