Super Administrators kit Posted September 29, 2012 Author Super Administrators Share Posted September 29, 2012 So is the last step clicking "Payment" on the "Add Ons" page? When I do that it just says "contact information updated" is that it? am I done? **EDIT** I see that this is only step 2. How do I get to step 3? (This is on Safari) Not sure, but since you caught me on PM, we'll get to the bottom of this.
Leader of the Rats
That's where I'm stuck too. Firefox (latest) Also, I think I already submitted my payment through Amazon when I became a backer, will my card be charged twice? Edit: Ok, it seems the # in Apt#2 was the problem. And it counted my amazon payment as available credit. I'm locked in. Edited September 29, 2012 by Leader of the Rats
recruittons
And I am set! Money sent and relief has set in. Of course, this relief is only a precursor to the inevitable impatience. In fact, I'm now impatient for March.

Crusoe the Painter
The only complaint I have is that its not obvious which options are already a part of your purchase. So some people might accidentally order a duplicate of something they are already getting as part of say, vampire.

kodiakbear
Not singling you out, but I'll take the opportunity to say this: IE doesn't work with the pledge manager, and it's not going to be fixed. Try Chrome or Firefox. Wow kit Way to pretty much give the finger to customers who use IE You may not have the time to waste to fix the pledge manager to work with IE but a sorry would be nice for the guys or gals who have to waste their time installing Chrome or Firefox to get your manager to work. Super Administrators kit Posted September 29, 2012 Author Super Administrators Share Posted September 29, 2012 The only complaint I have is that its not obvious which options are already a part of your purchase. So some people might accidentally order a duplicate of something they are already getting as part of say, vampire. The add-ons are extras. Any free options that came with stretch goals automagically show up with the vampire box. The add-on combinations were numerous and varied enough to make it enormously fiddly to include a list of everything separately. So, vampire freebies are automatic. You get more vampire boxes, you get more freebies. You want extras, you click on the extras.

My apologies if my tone was too brusque. I was juggling the launch of a new system, answering technical questions, sending out mass emails, and last-minute patching. I'm sorry I'm not going to have the chance to get this to work in IE right now. Maybe for the next time around when I have more time to refine. Baphomet69
Bah! Here at work all I've got is IE (and an old version, at that), and on the iPad the running total gets cut off. I'll have to wait until I get home today...
Blackwarden
Everything worked (mostly) well on Firefox. I do have one complaint though. To echo an earlier comment, it would have been nice to see what was already included in the Vampire pledge. It has been some time since the Kickstarter ended and I had forgotten what was included. With all the options on a single page, it was difficult to remember what came with the level and what was being offered as options. For instance, I bumped my initial pledge up quite a bit higher before the end of KS to get most of the options. However, since the options show up on the same page as the "extra sets" that were already included in the initial pledge level, I made a few mistakes when spending my balance. I knew something was wrong since I had extra money to spend on my balance but I did not catch my mistakes in time. Most of all I'm disappointed that I lost out on the Orcpocalypse....I was thinking it was included in the Vampire level and that 40 orcs instead of 20 would be too much. That's were the bulk of the extra spending money came from I guess. Oh well, my mistake. A word of advice to others who have not made their choices yet....both options and extra sets are listed together. Don't make the same mistake I did. kay13
The paint kits only having the option to be shipped with everything else for international is the only thing that I'm feeling a bit grumbly about... still kicking myself for completing the pledge manager before we hear from reaper what the go is...
